1. To make the perfect iced coffee syrup, combine instant coffee, sugar and warm water in a medium saucepan, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Let cool completely and set aside. 2. Combine instant coffee mixture in sealable jar, and cover the jar and shake until it is foamy. |

Pour into a glass full of ice, with cream, milk or half and half. Adjust to taste if necessary. |
