The blueberries’ fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and phytonutrients, coupled with a lack of cholesterol, all support heart health. Pair with pomegranate juice, and your heart will be so happy. For variety, try substituting unsweetened frozen açai for the blueberries.

Raw cashews give body to this frappe and add a punch of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. The yogurt provides probiotics, which promote healthy digestion. Blueberry kefir, another probiotic-rich option, could substitute for yogurt if you have it on hand. Drink to your health!
